At SD Rocks 'N Stuff, we believe in the integrity of having authentic pieces of art that come from the heart. Our founder, Marco, has the vision of constant new designs and ideas that he hopes the customer will treasure for years and beyond. Each piece of jewelry is handcrafted by our skilled artisans; they do not come from a factory. We believe jewelry is very powerful - it gives one the ability to express oneself, to exhibit transformation, and to give one a boost of self-love and adoration. WARRANTY AND REPAIRS

Six Month Warranty

Our jewelry is meant to last for a significant length of time; however, it is in the nature that certain faults can occur. If within six months of purchase, something on your jewelry item breaks, we will gladly repair the item at no charge, provided it is eligible for repair.

What is covered by the six month warranty:

• Broken clasps

• Damaged earring hooks

• Jump ring replacement

• Broken cord replacement (exact replacement of cord may vary)

What is not covered by the six month warranty:

• General wear and tear beyond six months

• Improper use of item/used without following the recommended care guidelines

• Replacing with a material that we no longer have available in our inventory

• Gems, fossils, arrowheads, coral, most beads and most shells

• Resizing

• Repairing materials that are inherently non-repairable

* A repair not covered by the warranty or beyond the six month mark can be still be repaired for a fee. The fee will vary based on the case. Kindly reach out to us via email and include a short description of the issue along with at least two photos of the item.

* From the date we receive your item(s), please allow 2 to 10 business days for the repair to be completed. Once completed, we will communicate with you via email and inform you of the approximate date of delivery. Please note that certain repairs may require additional time depending on the circumstance.

* To help your items arrive safely, please package them carefully before shipping. Shipping costs are covered by the customer. We recommend utilizing a shipping method that has proper tracking information.

We cannot be held liable for items that we do not receive.

JEWELRY CARE

To ensure the highest quality of your jewelry, to make it long-lasting, and to prevent damage:

  • Do not wear jewelry while washing your hands, showering or bathing, swimming, exercising, sleeping, and cleaning.

  • Apply any personal care products or scented products on the body before putting on jewelry.

  • Understand that certain stones/gems are fragile- please handle with care.

  • Avoid harsh cleaning chemicals.

  • Avoid extreme heat.

Some materials are more prone to damage than others. To find out which materials are best suited for you, send us an email.

RETURNS

If you are unhappy with your SD Rocks 'N Stuff purchase, kindly reach out to us via email and include a short description of the issue along with at least two photos of the item. We will accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item was purchased within 30 days

  • A copy of the original receipt is included

  • There is no damage to the jewelry

  • The jewelry has not been altered

* To help your items arrive safely, please package them carefully before shipping. Shipping costs are covered by the customer. We recommend utilizing a shipping method that has proper tracking information. A refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.

We cannot be held liable for items that we do not receive.

* We reserve the right to reject any return requests at our discretion.

* Although we do not provide exchanges, we'll work with you to ensure a smooth return.

SHIPPING

Please allow 5 business days from the date of purchase for us to ship your item(s). Customers will receive a copy of the tracking number and the type of carrier.
